Please describe your job in only one sentence and tell us what the most important goal of this work is.
What does the current state of a system teach us about its past? I try to find links between the existence (or absence) of given orbital configurations and the evolution of the system.

How did you get into this research/work field?
I moved from robotics to space robotics to satellite control to orbital dynamics. I chose academia over industry because you never get to do twice the same thing in academia (beside editing bibliography and plots).

What would be the greatest discovery you would like to see in your life time?
Any discovery that would make possible something we believe is not.

You work for the NCCR PlanetS. What do you think will the NCCR enable you to do you couldn’t do without it?
The NCCR PlanetS makes it really easy to learn from, and work with, people who study related fields. In one year, the NCCR PlanetS network already allowed me to start several collaborations on subjects that I didn’t even consider before.
