Expert Exchange
Goal:
The expert exchange between NCCR PlanetS junior scientists (PhD students or young Postdocs) aims at transferring knowledge between the young and senior scientists, and at encouraging collaborations among the NCCR members. The idea is to expose young researchers to a different point of view in terms of science management and science in general. This will lead to further connections and will improve their skills, competences, and priorities to further their careers.
