At local level (each university or institution has its own office):

At regional level:
– Many existing initiatives are aimed at promoting innovation and building bridges between research laboratories and companies through partnerships financed by Cantons or the Confederation such as Innovaud, Genilem, Alliance, regional associations of economic development, etc.
At national activities:
– Commission for Technology and Innovation (support through National Thematic Networks (NTN), Innovation Mentors (IM), Physical and Web-based Platforms and Start-up support): Innosuisse
– Swiss technology transfer association: swiTT
– Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property: IPI – IGE. They can provide assisted patent search.
At international level:
– Euresearch provides an administrative support to Swiss entities willing to join European Research and Innovation programs
