Please describe your job in only one sentence and tell us what the most important goal of this work is.
I am interested to explore the internal and atmospheric composition of a largely unexplored class of exoplanets: temperate super-Earths around M-type stars
How did you get into this research/work field?
I was always intrigued by astronomy and more specifically, the existence of an almost infinite number of other worlds in the Universe
What would be the greatest discovery you would like to see in your life time?
The detection of life elsewhere on an exoplanet.
You work for the NCCR PlanetS. What do you think will the NCCR enable you to do you couldn’t do without it?
Pursuing my collaboration in the NIRPS GTO consortium with the goal to characterize new super-Earths/sub-Neptunes.
