If you cannot attend or have any changes\, please inform Janine Jungo no later than Thursday\, January 18\, 2019 at noon. If you fail to cancel within this deadline\, the costs will be charged to you by invoice sent to the address you have indicated in the registration form. \nCost coverage\nNCCR members:\nThe NCCR Head office will cover accommodation and travel expenses for all NCCR members and the Advisory board.\n>Accomodation/meals: Your registration will be forwarded to the hotel. The costs for the hotel will be charged directly to the NCCR.\n>Travel: claim the costs for your travel at your home institution\, where collective invoices for reimbursement will be issued to the NCCR Head office in Bern. \nAssociates/CSH Fellows:\nAssociates and CSH Fellows are invited to attend the General Assembly\, but have to be funded on local level (NCCR local project budget / any non-NCCR funding).\n> Accomodation/meals: Your registration will be forwarded to the hotel. Please note that there is only 1 Postauto per hour.
