DESCRIPTION:This conference covers a wide variety of both ground-based and space instrumentation for astronomy and astrophysics. In addition to instrumentation\, the meeting also discusses systems engineering and project management in the relevant fields of research. \nPreviously scheduled in Yokohama but based on current travel restrictions and feedback from the community\, the conference and exhibition have been rescheduled and relocated to the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego\, California\, USA this December. \n \n
